What, Where and How we are Travelling Thailand, Laos & Cambodia

Arrive in Bangkok, staying for 3 nights.  On the first day my Dad and I are off fishing at Bungsamran Lake Fishing Thailand, to catch a giant Mekong catfish (guaranteed a 30 pound giant fish). Also in while in bangkok we are going to the flower market to have a look around and check out the Rod Fai market. This market is set beside an abandoned railroad track.

From Bangkok we head north to the River Kwai for a couple of nights, lots of fishing and swimming to be had. From here onto Ayutthaya (the old city) for the day, then we jump onto a train and head to Chiang Ma. While here we will be checking out elephants, hill tribes and zip lining through the rainforest. Also during our stay in Chiang Ma the water festival will be happening.

Next still heading north to Chiang Rai for three nights, from here we jump on a long boat and head to Luang Prabang (Laos) this is going to take 2 days travelling along the Mekong River.

We fly from Luang Prabang to Siem Reap (Cambodia) to venture around Angkor Wat. Then we head south to the capital city Phnom Penh and finally on to Kampot where we stay for a week, it is on the coast and that is where we just relax by the pool and eat lots of yummy seafood.

NEXT BLOG FROM THE CITY OF BANGKOK!!!!
